CryptPadが想定通りに機能しない場合は、いくつか基本的な事項を確認してみましょう。ほとんどは、ブラウザーと拡張機能が、CryptPadのセキュリティー機能と干渉したり、ブラウザーの基本機能を無効にしたりすることに関係しています。

パスワードを紛失した場合

CryptPadのインスタンスの管理者に、ユーザーのパスワードを復元したり再設定したりすることはできません。これはまた、管理者がドキュメントなどユーザーのデータにアクセスできないことを保証するものです。

パスワードを紛失したアカウントにまだログインしている場合、以下のステップで全ドキュメントを新しいアカウントに移行できます。

  1. 紛失したパスワードでアカウントにログインしている場合、ユーザーメニュー（右上のアバター） > 設定 > CryptDriveを開いてください

How to import/export to/from another platform?

Making CryptPad compatible with a wide range of document formats is an ongoing challenge for the development team. While work in this area is in progress, the methods below should help in importing and exporting to/from other widely used software.

It is possible to upload files to CryptPad for secure storage and sharing, however this does not make every file an editable CryptPad document right away. For this, you either have to:

  • Right click on the uploaded file > Open in editor, or...

  • Create a blank document and use the File > Import functionality in the appropriate CryptPad editor as explained below

警告

  • The Safari web browser, used on macOS, iPadOS and iOS, isn't supported at this time

  • Support for CSV is currently broken, .csv import/export is disabled for the time being

  • Support for OpenDocument formats, .odt, .odp & .ods import/export is currently experimental and prone to errors

ファイルメニューにインポートとエクスポートがありません

Document application import/export

The Document supported format are Microsoft Word .docx and OpenDocument .odt. These can both be exported from popular software such as Google Docs and LibreOffice Writer:

  1. Export your document as .docx or .odt in your existing software

  2. Save the file to your computer

  3. Open a new Document file (or an existing one to replace the contents)

  4. File > Import and select your file

作成したドキュメントで実行できない機能があります

CryptPadのいくつかの機能はドキュメントの所有者しか利用できません。そうした機能には以下のものがあります。

  • Enabling an access list

  • Enabling a password

  • Adding or removing other owners

  • Destroying the document

ドキュメントの所有権は、ドキュメントを作成した際に設定されます。ドキュメントが所有者無しで作成された場合、所有権を後から変更することはできません。

開発チームは、将来この区別を無くすことを計画しています。それまでは、作成する全てのドキュメントを「所有」して、完全に削除する能力も含めて、ファイルを完全にコントロールできるようにしておくことが、安全な既定のオプションとなります。

携帯端末でCryptPadを使用できますか？

CryptPadは小さなサイズのスクリーンでも機能するように設計されています。デバイスの性能に応じて、CryptPadを携帯端末で使用することは可能です。CryptPadをレスポンシブデザインにする開発作業は2020年に行われましたが、改善すべき箇所を見つけた場合は、サポートまで連絡するか、またはGithubでissueを作成してください。

アプリを作る予定はありますか？

専用の携帯端末アプリケーションを作成する予定はありません。理由は以下の通りです。

  • It would dramatically increase the amount of code that has to be developed and maintained, effectively creating other "versions" of CryptPad for iOS and Android

  • CryptPad is open source and can be hosted by anyone who wants to offer the service. Therefore, users of a mobile application would have to specify which CryptPad instance they want to connect to, which would be confusing. To complicate things further, each instance may be running a different version of the software, depending on whether or not the latest updates were applied by the administrators

CryptPadとOnlyOfficeの関係性は何ですか？

The CryptPad Document, Presentation & スプレッドシート applications are an OnlyOffice Docs integration. However, this only concerns the client-side code, CryptPad does not make use of the OnlyOffice Document Server. CryptPad's encrypted collaboration, used for document, presentantion & spreadsheets and other applications, is completely different from the encryption system used in parts of upstream OnlyOffice. Some of CryptPad's file format conversion tools are based on OnlyOffice code, but substantial work has been done to make it run in the browser rather than on the server, therefore avoiding the need to reveal the contents of users' documents when converting.

  • ドキュメントを共有すると、共有先の相手は、履歴の全体と共同作業者を確認することができるようになります。もしそれを公開したくない場合は、ドキュメントのコピーを作成し、共有してください。コピーしたドキュメントには元のドキュメントの履歴は反映されません。

cryptpad.frに関するよくある質問

カード以外で定額利用の支払いはできますか？

銀行送金、Paypal、その他要求に応じた支払方法を利用できますが、請求書の発行と支払いの手動処理にかかり追加の作業が発生するため、Duoの年払いプラン以上に関し、30％の割増料金を追加して受け付けます。

定額利用の支払いと募金に暗号通貨は利用できますか？

Bitcoinによる支払いを受け付けていますが、上述と同様の理由で、手動処理にかかる割増料金が発生します。また、会社がフランスにて登録されているため、請求書の発行先となる人の名前と住所をお知らせいただくよう要求することが、法的に義務付けられています。また、定額利用に関する連絡のため、メールアドレスもお知らせいただきます。

データ処理契約（DPA）を結ぶことはできますか？
